
About Luke Jacobson
Luke Jacobson has studied the art of storytelling since he was five years old. He has supplemented his passion with countless creative workshops and programs over the years, from CalArts to Aardman Animation. He studied animation at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and at the National Film and Television School in England. He has experience in 2D animation, 3D animation, stop motion animation, critical film studies, screenwriting and storyboarding.
He has a ridiculous love for all things Harryhausen and lives in Northern California.

California Film Institute Intern
Archivist and assistant to the Education Director. Compiled and edited interviews of professional filmmakers for a marketing venture to promote the California Film Institute and the Mill Valley Film Festival. Managed and taught filmmaking and editing lessons for CFU Young Critics. Recorded live lectures. Updated and maintained the CFI website and blog.
